Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus
Samsung launched its Galaxy S20 series smartphones this year. We used the Galaxy S20 Plus under this series for a few days. So let's know what is special about this latest Samsung smartphone.
When someone buys a phone of more than 70 thousand rupees, not only does he take the handset but also takes brand value, guarantee of the best features and an identity. Samsung launched the new flagship of the Galaxy series, the Galaxy S20 +, which also has plus and ultra variants. We found out how much it works.
30X zoom did a lot of impressions
One feature of the Galaxy S20 Ultra surprised everyone is the 100X zoom. The phone we reviewed, the S20 Plus, is not 100 but 30X zoom. The phone has a four-lens camera setup at the back, with a 12-megapixel primary sensor, with F1.8 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultraviolet sensor that can take up to 120-degree field of view and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. .
There is also a depth of sensor. The front has a 10-megapixel camera. The camera has always been the Galaxy flagship's USP and therefor the S20 Plus also stands out. While zooming up to normal, 3X, 10X, the picture quality is excellent. A lot of detail is available at 30X but the picture becomes granular.
Dhansu phone for photography
When we review the S20 Ultra, we'll see that it'll go from 30 to 100 X zoom, so how is the picture. Here you save about 19 thousand rupees, the results of S 20 Plus are unmatched as compared to Ultra and daily photography. Details, sharpness and color are very good in pictures. Photographs taken at night also give good results.
The front camera is a single lens but the selfie quality is superior to many mobile phones with double lenses. The camera has a single take feature in which the phone itself takes different pictures and videos from each lens and offers the best picture out of all of them.
Great at multitasking and gaming
In India, it has come with Samsung's own processor Exynos 990 chipset, we reviewed the model with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM whose storage can be increased. Benchmarking scores of this processor are quite good compared to any other chipset. The phone's performance is quite fast, even in Call of Duty and PUBG's heavy gaming. If you are a gamer, you can set the display's refresh rate to 120 Hz by going to Settings. It enhances the experience.
High refresh has little effect on the battery. If your game does not support 120 Hertz then it will run at 60 only. RAM handles multitasking well, you will not have problems with many apps open in the background. No heating issue. Samsung's user interface based on Android 10 is clean. There are only two preinstalled apps. The sound output of the phone also impressed us, especially during gaming and watching videos.
Phone display is excellent
The design is quite beautiful. The 6.7-inch display is so wide that it takes up the entire screen space, the Quad HD Amoled's brightness blossoms. This time the phone's display is flat, but it looks good with round corners and toll looks. Bixby's button has been removed from the left side and is now with the power button. The glass body light from the rear looks more beautiful in reflection but use the cover that comes with the phone for safety.
Powerful battery gives good backup
The 4500 mAh battery gives about one and a half days results, which include gaming, social media and other heavy usage. There is also wireless charging with fast charging. There is also a facility of waterproofing. There is a fingerprint sensor on the screen which makes ultrasonic run faster.
Who is the best for?
So it is fit for those who want to get the best Android phone and the price does not matter much. Prices start from Rs 73,999.
