The first sale of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max will start tomorrow i.e. May 12 at 12 noon and will run till the stock ends. However, customers wishing to buy it will have to take care of some things related to sale and delivery.

The date of the first sale of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has now been revealed. The phone was waiting for a long time, but due to the lockdown, the sale of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max could not be started. The smartphone was launched in India in March with the Redmi Note 9 Pro. 

The sale of the Redmi Note 9 Pro started in the same month, but due to the nationwide lockdown, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max did not go on sale in the market. Xiaomi has recently relaunched the sale of the smartphone in the country, and has now also announced the first sale date of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Recently, due to increase in GST rate from 12 percent to 18 percent, the price of this phone has also been slightly higher than the launch price.

The sale of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max will begin on Mi.com and Amazon.in. The sale starts tomorrow at 12 noon on May 12 and will go on till the stock runs out. However, the customers desirous of buying it have to keep some things in mind. Lack of lockdown has been given, but currently online sale and delivery has been started for Green and Orange zones only. The e-commerce companies on red zone pincodes are only delivering essential goods. Sale of non-essential items including smartphones in these zones is currently banned.

The price of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in India was increased last month. The reason for this was the increase in GST rate. Now the 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is priced at Rs 16,499 (an increase of Rs 1,500), while its 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model is priced at 17,999 and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage option.

The price is 19,999 (increase of Rs. 1,000). It will be available in aurora blue, glacier white and interstellar black color options. Airtel double data benefit will also be available on the purchase of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max via Mi.com and Amazon.in.

Dual SIM Redmi Note 9 Pro Max runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. It has a 6.67-inch full-HD + (1080x2400 pixels) IPS display, with a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The phone has Triple Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This protection is also available on the front and rear panels of the phone as well as rear cameras. The smartphone has 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor.

The primary sensor in the quad rear camera setup of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is 64 megapixels. It has an 8-megapixel secondary camera with a 119 degree field of view. There is also a 5-megapixel macro shooter and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The phone has support for RAW photography. Apart from this, the smartphone comes with a 32 megapixel selfie camera.

Redmi Note 9 Pro Max comes with 64 GB and 128 GB UFS 2.1 inbuilt storage. These two variants support microSD cards up to 512 GB. Connectivity features of the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / A-GPS, Infrared, NavIC, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone. The battery is 5,020 mAh and it supports 30 W fast charging.
