1. First open the play store app
2. Click on app that have to download 
3. It will show pending like this

1. Clicks on my apps & games

1. Now click on installed app

1. In installed app some apps will show buffering like this 

1. Simply you have to click on cross cut

1. Now your pending app is ready to download or install
