Today I am going to tell you how to fix SMS not sending problem in Jio.As we know that Jio company has launched its own app for every 4G smartphones so that you can easily recharge your Jio internet pack. App has best features but it works only when you have internet connection.
But SMS sending is not a part of Internet , any one can use SMS sending services without any internet data. Its does not require any 4G connectivity.
Now I am going to tell you how to fix SMS sending problem in Jio.
I had same problem regarding sending SMS to any other network with my Jio sim. When I was trying to send SMS after texting, it was showing that as "sending failed " or "Disappear". If you are facing the same, this post is going to be helpful .Read carefully and follow these steps . I had send many request to Jio customer care regarding SMS not sending, but the reply was always same "we are sorry sir"

FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Check you have JioCall app
- Then open my jioCall app and go to sms sending option
- Select jio sms sending as a default for sms sending
- Next type sms that you want to send and if its showing messsge not send then
- Close the app and now open the setting of your phone go to apps inside setting
- And in apps open jioCall application
- Next click on that application you have options like uninstall the app , and force stop and just below that you have another option of Storage data.
- You have two options clear data clear cache
- You have to click on clear data and press ok
- Next again go to jio online app and type your sms in this time you are able to send your sms without any problem
